The initials R.C.I.A. stands for the "Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults." The R.C.IA., a program of the Catholic Church, is oriented towards those who are searching and inquiring about the Catholic way of life. This program is oriented for adults, St. John’s accepts young adults from the age of 16, who are mature enough to participate in the R.C.I.A.

R.C.I.A classes begin in September and run through to the Easter Vigil, where you will make your sacraments, as long as all the requirements have been met.
